Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

Welcome to Kinamon.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Kinamon website and any purchase made through it. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By accessing, browsing or purchasing through the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or waive any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Israeli law.

1. General

  1. The Website is owned and operated by Michal, trading under the name Kinamon (“Kinamon”, “we”, “us” or “the Website Operator”).

  2. The Website is intended for personal, private and non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed by Kinamon in writing.

  3. Users must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding transaction. Where required by law, a minor must receive the consent of a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase.

  4. Kinamon may update, amend or replace these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to an order will be the version published on the Website at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise required by law.

  5. Kinamon may modify the Website, product range, collections, prices, promotions and availability from time to time.

  6. Promotions, discount codes and special offers are subject to their individual terms and validity periods and may not be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.

  7. Kinamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, misuse of the Website, unauthorized payment, resale activity, incorrect customer information or other unlawful or abusive activity.

2. Business Days & Business Hours

For the purpose of Kinamon’s internal order processing, preparation estimates, customer service and other operational timelines stated on the Website:

Business Days are Sunday through Thursday, between 09:00 and 18:00, Israel time.

Fridays, Saturdays, Israeli public holidays and holiday eves are not considered Business Days.

Orders, messages or requests received outside Business Hours may begin processing on the following Business Day.

Where applicable law defines a deadline or “business day” differently, the definition required by law will prevail.

3. Products & Handmade Nature

  1. Kinamon jewelry is created and/or finished with careful attention to craftsmanship and detail.

  2. Due to the handmade nature of certain pieces, minor variations in finish, texture, dimensions, weight or appearance may naturally occur between individual pieces.

  3. Natural gemstones may vary in color, tone, transparency, inclusions, markings and other natural characteristics. These variations form part of the individual character of the stone and are not necessarily considered defects.

  4. Where gemstone weight, jewelry weight, dimensions or similar specifications are stated, minor reasonable variations may occur as a result of handcrafting, stone cutting or production tolerances.

  5. Kinamon makes reasonable efforts to present products accurately. However, colors and proportions may appear differently depending on photography, lighting, screen settings and the device used to view the Website.

  6. Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as reasonably possible but do not replace the written product specifications.

  7. A material discrepancy between the product ordered and the product supplied will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Kinamon’s Returns & Exchanges Policy.

4. Ring Sizes & Standard Options

  1. Ring sizes displayed for selection on the Website are Kinamon’s standard available size options unless expressly stated otherwise.

  2. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size and are encouraged to use the Kinamon Ring Size Guide before ordering.

  3. Differences between international sizing systems may occur. Kinamon uses European (EU) ring sizing unless expressly stated otherwise.

  4. A request for a size, engraving, stone, metal, design alteration or other specification that is not offered as a standard option on the relevant product page may be considered a special or personalized request.

  5. Where an item is made according to non-standard measurements or individual specifications, Kinamon will inform the customer where possible before production begins that different cancellation or return conditions may apply, subject to applicable law.

5. Orders

  1. Placing an order through the Website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products and does not by itself guarantee acceptance or availability.

  2. An order will be considered confirmed once payment authorization has been obtained and Kinamon has accepted the order.

  3. All orders are subject to product availability, successful payment authorization and verification of the information provided by the customer.

  4. Kinamon reserves the right to contact the customer where clarification is required regarding sizing, delivery information, payment or another material aspect of the order.

  5. The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including name, telephone number, email address, delivery address and any selected product options.

  6. Kinamon is not responsible for delays caused by materially incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

6. Prices & Payments

  1. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed on the Website are in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT where VAT is legally applicable.

  2. Shipping charges and other applicable charges, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process or otherwise communicated before completion of the purchase.

  3. Payment is subject to authorization by the applicable payment provider, credit card company or clearing service.

  4. Kinamon does not guarantee that a payment transaction will be approved by a third-party payment provider.

  5. If payment is declined or cannot be verified, the order may not be processed.

  6. Kinamon makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices, descriptions and information displayed on the Website are accurate.

  7. In the event of an obvious typographical, technical or pricing error, Kinamon may contact the customer before fulfillment to correct the error.

  8. Where an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled because of a clear and genuine pricing or technical error, Kinamon may cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid, subject to applicable law.

  9. Kinamon will not substitute a product or materially change an order without the customer’s consent.

7. Availability

  1. Product availability may change without notice.

  2. An item appearing as available on the Website does not constitute a guarantee that it will remain available until the order is confirmed.

  3. If an ordered item becomes unavailable after payment, Kinamon will contact the customer and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund, an alternative where agreed by the customer, or another solution permitted by law.

8. Preparation & Delivery

Order preparation and shipping times are estimates and are detailed in the Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Preparation times begin only after payment authorization, order confirmation and receipt of all information reasonably required to produce or prepare the order.

Delivery is carried out by third-party courier or postal providers. Once an order has been transferred to a delivery provider, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside Kinamon’s reasonable control.

Kinamon will not be responsible for delays caused exclusively by a third-party carrier or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns, exchanges and cancellations are governed by the Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy published on the Website and by applicable Israeli consumer law.

No provision of these Terms or any Website policy is intended to reduce a cancellation, refund or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Products manufactured according to genuinely special, non-standard measurements or individual requirements may be subject to different cancellation rights once production has commenced, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Items containing engraving, bespoke design work or other clearly personalized specifications may also be subject to different cancellation conditions where permitted by law.

10. Warranty

Kinamon provides a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the terms below.

The Kinamon warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The warranty is intended to cover manufacturing defects attributable to the original production of the jewelry.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents or changes that naturally occur through use.

Damage caused by impact, dropping, crushing, pulling, bending or other improper or unreasonable use.

Loss or theft of the jewelry.

Loss of a stone resulting from impact, accidental damage or improper use.

Damage caused by failure to follow Kinamon’s jewelry care instructions.

Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water or other unsuitable substances.

Natural changes to stones or materials that are not manufacturing defects.

Normal wear or fading of plating on plated jewelry.

Damage resulting from resizing, repairs, alterations or other work performed by any person or business not authorized by Kinamon.

A warranty claim may require inspection of the jewelry before Kinamon can determine whether the issue is covered.

Nothing in this warranty excludes any mandatory statutory rights that apply independently of the voluntary Kinamon warranty.

11. Jewelry Care

Jewelry should be worn, stored and cleaned according to its materials and Kinamon’s care recommendations.

Gold-plated jewelry should be kept away from water, perfumes, lotions, chlorine, cleaning products and other chemicals that may accelerate wear to the plating.

Fine jewelry and gemstones should be stored carefully and protected from unnecessary impact, pressure and abrasion.

Failure to follow reasonable care instructions may affect eligibility for repair under the Kinamon warranty where the damage was caused by improper care.

12. Repairs, Resizing & Re-Plating

Kinamon may offer repair, resizing, maintenance or re-plating services depending on the piece and the nature of the requested work.

Services that are not covered by the warranty may be subject to a fee.

A price estimate will be provided where appropriate before paid work is carried out.

Kinamon cannot guarantee that every piece can be resized, repaired or altered without affecting its original appearance or structure.

Any work carried out on a Kinamon piece by an unauthorized third party may void the voluntary Kinamon warranty in relation to damage caused or affected by that work.

13. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Website, including jewelry designs, photographs, graphics, illustrations, logos, branding, text, product descriptions, layouts, videos and other creative materials, is owned by Kinamon or used with appropriate authorization.

No Website content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, published, modified, commercially exploited or used to create derivative works without Kinamon’s prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Nothing on the Website grants the user any ownership or license in Kinamon’s intellectual property except the limited right to access and use the Website for its intended personal purpose.

14. Prohibited Use of the Website

Users may not use the Website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Users may not attempt to interfere with the Website’s operation, security or payment systems, introduce malicious code, collect data through unauthorized automated means, impersonate another person, attempt fraudulent transactions or use Website content commercially without permission.

Kinamon may restrict access to the Website where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, Kinamon, its customers or third parties.

15. Third-Party Services

The Website may rely on third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, courier companies, analytics services or external platforms.

Kinamon is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability or policies of third parties outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement of their content or services.

16. Privacy

Personal information provided through the Website is handled in accordance with the Kinamon Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the Website is accurate and that they are authorized to provide it.

17. Force Majeure

Kinamon will not be liable for a failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including war, security events, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, governmental restrictions, widespread infrastructure failures, internet or communication outages, supply disruptions, courier disruptions or similar events.

Where such circumstances affect an order, Kinamon will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and provide an appropriate solution.

This clause does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

18. Limitation of Liability

The Website and its content are provided for the purposes of browsing and purchasing Kinamon products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinamon will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from the use or inability to use the Website, where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable and were not caused by Kinamon’s breach of a mandatory legal obligation.

Kinamon does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Website operation and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

19. Website Changes & Suspension

Kinamon may update, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Website, temporarily or permanently, where reasonably necessary for business, operational, legal, security or technical reasons.

Such changes will not remove rights already acquired by customers in relation to confirmed orders, except as permitted by law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and transactions made through the Website are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

Any dispute will be brought before the competent court in Israel in accordance with applicable rules of jurisdiction and venue.

Nothing in this section limits a consumer’s right to bring proceedings in a court that is competent under mandatory law.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

22. No Waiver

A failure or delay by Kinamon in exercising any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
