Shipping & Delivery

Order Preparation

Each Kinamon piece is carefully prepared and packed before making its way to you.

Please allow 3–18 business days for your order to be prepared following order confirmation.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an update before it is handed over for delivery.

Delivery in Israel

Home Delivery – ₪35

Orders over ₪300 receive complimentary shipping within Israel.

Once your order has been prepared, delivery is handled by our courier service and usually takes several additional business days.

Please make sure the phone number provided with your order is correct and that you are available to coordinate delivery with the courier.

Studio Pick-Up

You are welcome to collect your order from the Kinamon studio in Binyamina, free of charge.

Studio collection is available by prior arrangement only.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected destinations.

Shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated accordingly.

Please allow up to 30 business days for international delivery.

Please note that local taxes, customs duties or import fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Areas & Delays

Delivery to remote locations or areas outside standard courier coverage may be subject to additional delivery conditions.

While we always do our best to make sure your piece reaches you as smoothly as possible, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, emergencies, strikes, security events or other force majeure circumstances.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to coordinate delivery or another reason attributable to the recipient, the cost of reshipping the order will be charged to the customer.

Returns & Cancellations

We hope you love your Kinamon piece. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

This return policy applies to regular collection pieces purchased directly through the Kinamon website.

Selecting one of the standard ring sizes offered on the product page is treated under our store policy as part of the regular collection.

Bespoke jewelry, engravings, special alterations and pieces produced according to non-standard measurements or individual specifications may be subject to different cancellation terms.

Cancelling an Order

Eligible online purchases may be cancelled within the period provided under applicable Israeli consumer law. For a standard remote-sale purchase, this is generally up to 14 days from receiving the product or the required transaction information, whichever is later, subject to the applicable exceptions.

A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower, may apply where permitted by law.

After Your Order Has Been Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, please contact us before sending the item back.

Returned pieces must be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• Undamaged
• Returned with their original packaging and accompanying items

For a change-of-mind cancellation, the customer is responsible for returning the product to Kinamon, subject to applicable law.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a piece that is defective, damaged or different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where cancellation is due to a defect or non-conformity, cancellation fees and return shipping charges that would otherwise apply to a change-of-mind cancellation do not apply.

Please include your order number and clear photographs so we can assist you quickly.

Exchanges

Want a different size or another piece?

Eligible pieces may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Exchange Delivery

First exchange via courier – ₪19

Second exchange via courier – ₪35

Any price difference between the original item and the replacement item will be charged or refunded accordingly.

For rings, we recommend checking our Ring Size Guide before ordering to help you choose the most suitable size.

Sets & Bundles

Pieces purchased together as part of a set or bundle should be returned together as a complete set.

An individual item from a set may be handled separately where it is defective or where otherwise required under applicable law.

Personalized & Bespoke Pieces

This page relates primarily to jewelry from our regular online collection.

Pieces that are specially created or altered according to individual specifications – including bespoke designs, engravings or non-standard measurements – may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has begun, subject to applicable law. Israeli consumer guidance distinguishes between standard catalogue options and goods produced according to special measurements or requirements.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

Where a refund to a debit/direct card cannot be processed through the original payment method, the refund may be completed via bank transfer.

Please ensure that all information requested for the refund is provided correctly.
