Responsibility and manner of keeping the jewelry

1) The jewelry is given a half year warranty from the date of ordering.

2) There is no warranty for an item that is torn or broken, lost or lost parts of it. If the jewelry can be repaired, it will be sent back by the customer to us and the repair will be symbolic at the discretion of the website management.

3) It is advisable not to shower with the jewelry.

4) Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, cleansers, or other chemicals that can cause irreversible damage or blackening.

5) In case of silver jewelry theft, you can shine it back using a tincture solution to clean silver jewelry. (Except for silver jewelry set with zircons or gemstones, which can be cleaned using a cloth and toothpaste or a dedicated cloth for cleaning silver jewelry).

6) The jewelry should be stored in a dry, shady place and not in the bathroom so as not to be exposed to any lasting moisture that may damage it.

 

Silver is a soft material that, in its normal state, cannot be processed so that different metals are added to it so that it can be shaped. Sterling silver or sterling silver (925) is a 92.5% silver alloy which means that the alloy contains more or less 92.5% silver and the rest is made up of other metals. This composition (925) is considered high quality and therefore suitable for jewelery and is water resistant.

Sterling silver can damage oxygen at a certain concentration, high humidity, chlorine, acids, sulfur, seawater and chlorine, which cause it to be visible in the oxidation of the metal. Therefore, it is advisable to periodically clean the jewelry to restore its shine.
